Management really cares for its employees and for its customers. Very flexible with personal time and individual family needs. Company uses IT and Soundproofing technology well. You will learn a TON in ANY position there.

The fast pace is tiresome. Management should be more involved in day to day. Many changes over short period of time made goals hard to follow and difficult to define. Easy to feel overwhelmed with so much happening at once with the soundproofing panels. Very advanced technological environment which means patience for the learning curve of new hires.
