I had a very positive experience interviewing with One82. From the first contact to the final round, the communication was consistent, clear, and professional. The recruitment team kept me well-informed at every stage, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and respectful, and the interviews felt more like meaningful conversations than interrogations. I appreciated the transparency around the process and timelines, it really showed that One82 values its candidates. Overall, a great experience. I would happily go through the process again and highly recommend One82 to other job seekers.

The only downside was that the process took a bit longer than expected, but the consistent communication made up for it.

I have worked for a lot of small businesses and due to the nature of small business the culture can be a bit hit or miss. This company has a good team of people. I enjoy working with each of them and feel like they genuinely all have my back. The leadership is great. I have faith in the direction that our CEO moves us, and I appreciate his management style which allows for a lot of freedom and personal growth.

Nothing stands out to me as a serious con. I mean, its work. It can be super busy at times, but it ultimately seems to balance itself out over time.
