The definition of a toxic work culture. Management are extremely poor, lots of lies and gaslighting from C-Suite and the directors who absolutely do not follow the company values. There’s a huge amount of favouritism, constructive dismissal, workplace bullying, frequent redundancies, and penalising staff in performance reviews for the bad decisions managers have made. I wouldn’t recommend working at OneAdvanced.
