Cons
Two redunancy rounds in as many years. Management are very slow to make up their minds about direction. The company had an internal relaunch about 15 months ago, with the promise of an improved business. I'm still yet to see any material changes in my role. The CEO recently described staff as a "salary bill". Which gives you an idea of how staff are thought of as just an expense.
