Pros

- People; OneCorp employs great people who are a joy to work with daily - Customers; Speaking daily to people in need and having a solution to their needs - Systems; The IT setup is top level for a small organisation - Earning Potential; If you work in sales and are willing to sacrifice your work/life balance there is decent income to be made

Cons

- Leadership; The business is run by individuals who preach emotional intelligence but display little understanding. - Culture; The business encourages people to be themselves, however without boundaries there are daily conversations which would result in termination at most places. Expect to witness casual bullying, homophobic slurs and general high school shinanigans daily - Work/Life Balance; The expectations for new employees is that you're first one in, last one out. Expect to work 11 hour + days to satisfy the true expectation of management - Salary; Low base wages supplemented by commission (only for those in sales).

Pros

A handful of kind hearted staff members who take keen interest in your career development Career development opportunities are good to rise from meeting scheduler to sales consultant, to property adviser

Cons

CEO is incompetent, with an ego that knows no bounds. Example: In the morning sales meetings (compulsory hour long session each Friday starting an hour before work started), we were made sit through watching motivational videos on youtube about going the extra mile. Upon finishing the video, the CEO then implied that staff should work longer by either reducing their lunch breaks or sleep schedule, "look at me, I live off 4 hours sleep and don't take lunch, you need to show commitment to the grind like mine if you're going to last here" Everyone is too focused on impressing him, as if he is some disgruntled toddler that needs his ego praised on a daily basis for fear of disapproval I have never been in one, but it is the closest thing to a cult I have ever experienced with Mitch at the helm.

Pros

People & Culture does a great job at selling the job opportunity.

Cons

Very secretive, with no care factor for employees; employees get let go very quickly, and some unfairly.
