Pros

This company is in the middle of a genuine transformation, not a rebrand, an actual structural shift in how we go to market, how we build capability, and how we position for growth. That's uncomfortable. It should be. If you want a place that never changes, this isn't it. The leadership team is investing in new disciplines, integrating AI meaningfully (not as a buzzword, as operational infrastructure), and building cross-functional models that most agencies twice our size still can't figure out. Remote flexibility is real. The clients are sophisticated. And if you show up with ideas and follow-through, you will get opportunity here faster than almost anywhere else in this market. The newer people and those who are still here and building? They're some of the sharpest I've worked with in 20 years.

Cons

Communication from the top could be stronger and more frequent, change management at this pace requires more repetition than leadership sometimes realizes. Career pathing is still being formalized in some areas, which can feel ambiguous if you're waiting for someone to hand you a roadmap. Comp is competitive but not leading-market in every role, and that's a fair critique.

Pros

I'll be honest, if you'd asked me two or three years ago whether I'd be writing a five-star review of OneMagnify, I wouldn't have believed you. Like a lot of people here who lived through the leadership transition period, I watched us drift. Good people weren't sure if the company had a direction. Clients could feel it. The Glassdoor reviews from that era reflect that reality, and they were fair criticism. There were quarters where it felt like we were a different company every six months, and nobody could tell you with confidence what kind of agency we actually were. That has fundamentally changed. What's happened over the last 18 months is one of the more impressive turnarounds I've seen in my career. The arrival of our new President brought something that sounds simple but is genuinely rare: clarity. A clear answer to the question "what is OneMagnify?" - we are a B2B digital agency. Not a generalist shop, not a jack-of-all-trades holding company, but a focused, modern B2B agency built around revenue impact for complex enterprise clients. That clarity has changed how we sell, how we staff, how we talk about ourselves, and frankly how proud people are to work here. The other thing I would highlight is the AI transformation underway right now. This isn't the "AI washing" you see at a lot of agencies, putting a ChatGPT wrapper on something and calling it innovation. The leadership team is genuinely investing in building AI capability into how we work: how we develop strategy, how we produce content, how we analyze performance. It's changing the quality of our output and our ability to scale. For people who want to be at the frontier of where B2B marketing is actually going, this is a genuinely exciting place to be. The culture has also matured. There's more accountability, but it comes with more support. Senior leaders are accessible. The people who are thriving here are the ones who bring point-of-view and want to do meaningful work for clients who actually care about results.

Cons

Five stars doesn't mean perfect. The transition years left some scar tissue, and there's still work to do on internal process consistency and cross-functional collaboration as the company integrates newer capabilities with the core team. Some of the organizational growing pains that came with acquisitions are still being sorted out. And as with any company in a transformation, the pace of change can be exhausting for people who prefer stability.

Pros

Work from home, that’s it

Cons

Toxic workplace. Zero guidance, no opportunity for growth, lies about your career path, sneaky managers, zero organization, low pay, no bonus. They will lie to your face and tell you they are working on your promotion. I’ve been hearing this for 4 years straight now. No promotion and the highest salary increase I got is a 3%, and “they fought so hard for it and you should be appreciative”. You will be given more work and responsibilities but get no promotion and no compensation increase, but “you should be grateful cause this is a great opportunity”. Be ready to be contacted on your personal phone after 5pm and while on vacation. The atmosphere is so bad and everyone is so demotivated. Managers lack accountability and they will throw you under the bus to save themselves. It’s a toxic culture with a swim or sink mentality. The CEO and all his “friends” are a scam.
