Pros

Professional company that values business driven thinking, as well as personal growth. Ample time off and understanding that "life happens" is an excellent example of how they put people first. Management is available and you will interact with senior management/executives fairly often, with being a medium sized company that's fairly rare, but refreshing. Opportunity for advancement is stellar and you will have lots of them, you just need to grab onto them!

Cons

Training is "as you go" and there are no formal standards as to how to accomplish this. With great freedom, comes great responsibility. You may wear 4-5 different hats a day when communicating internally or externally. This can be overwhelming if you're asked to handle something outside your comfort zone, but if you're adventurous, interested in personal growth and meet challenges head on it won't be a problem. Compensation is a little on the low side. Company is very professional minded old-school, which may or may not be a con, but I really like some of the new companies who aren't quite as stuffy and set in their ways about accomplishing things. There may be a missed opportunity to marry these two cultures and come out on top with the best of both.

Pros

Reasonable projects , can move between different projects. Ample time for self learning's If diligent can move up the ladder. Good hikes of 40 - 50%, like once in 2.5 to 3 years. Woman leads are appreciated. Flexible timing but be assured of internal door mans who want you stay glued to chair. Maternity leave , the only good employee benefit by the company as per indian rule!

Cons

Employees in lower management level are derogatory and inefficient. All rules , including Means of communication in English are applied only for employees below the ladder. Management is tight lipped on any queries and obviously only sees what is exhibited. Accountability jumps from HR - PM - CTO and back leaving employees stranded for answers. Irrelevant awarding strategy. Employee Retention - Big No. Exuberant's will neither stay for more than a year. HR Habitual Salary delay for 5 - 15 days . HR here is Never an ally except for personal growth internally. Currently a conniver leech between management and tiny team. Stop hypocrisy, no need to be apple-polisher. Environment & Events No employee engagement activities. Occasional monotonous Biryaani. Work culture is a big apathy, dead Zeal. Female Managers are demoted without prior notice(particularly after maternity). Notably not pleasant for female employees. Ignorance can reach its peak at times.
