      This company is in a cutting edge business and is customer focused. Work force is diverse and knowledgable. Work environment, although hectic, is supportive and respectful. Management supports individual growth and advancement opportunities.

      Very busy company means highly demanding work. May not be suitable for people not used to working independently.

      Pros

      If you work hard and tell the leadership team what you want to do they will support you and allow you to try. There are a ton of opportunities if you are not afraid.

      Cons

      There are cons to every job but nothing here that should stop anyone from trying. The worst thing I saw was trying to implement new things but would lose steam and then change to a new direction.
