Typical growing pains. OneTrust has consistently grown year of year since starting in 2016. With some of the largest enterprises on our customer list now, this is to be expected.

The new leadership is making intentional, calculated decisions and communicating effectively. They've already been able to impact the workforce by introducing new tools and removing red tape.

There's still some leftover culter of finger pointing and blame but I know this is top of mind to fix.
