While OneTrust started eight years ago as a traditional start-up, we've seen huge growth for where we are as a company. Because of this, we've transitioned to a scale-up. This a natural trajectory for a company like ours. We've brought in experienced leaders from other successful SaaS companies to help direct us as we position ourselves for long-term growth. As the trust industry changes through technology, regulations, and society, we count on our leaders to provide the right direction and strategy. Our industry does change often, and that requires a certain adaptive quality for our people to excel at OneTrust.
