Pros
The good thing about AOS is that they give you flexibility with work life balance. It is a flat organization so a lot of the bureaucracy you may experience and other jobs you do not tend to find here.
Cons
Although the company has a very diverse make up, overall, the company does not lean on people that tend to have experience who can provide good buy in. As such, processes are not formed around the right principles that are needed to actually make fruitful improvements.
