Pros
There are so many raw talented people at Oneida, and the open culture makes it easy to bring up ideas and challenge the status quo. Any good idea is taken seriously. Job titles don't matter as much as you would think, its more about what you can do, and what kind of results you can produce. I think that is the best way to be. Due to the lean style, waste is cleaned up at every step and the company is moving quickly to reach its goals. That being said, the company is very fast paced, and that can take some getting used to, but overall it is a good thing.
Cons
The space is small. The open air environment can be distracting if you're not used to that type of atmosphere. There aren't always procedures for everything, so stubbing your toes happens between Management and Mid-Management, but nothing a little extra work and communication can't overcome.
