Pros
I was looking for a 100 % remote and backoffice job for YEARS, glad I've found it with One Pilot! Usually, due to fiscal conditions, remote jobs often can only be done from one country, but this job can be done from any country within Europe which makes it flexible when you need to travel. No telephone with customers (at least in my team), flexible working hours too : you get to chose when you work as long as you work a minimum of 20 hours a week, the team is super nice and the managers are caring and helpful. We can get bonuses that are motivating each week, the pay is quite good (freelance based + depending on the fiscal system of your residence) and we learn new stuff about subjects we probably don't deal with usually (banking in my case). Also, we can manage our time to have space for personal life/projects. Super happy overall!
