Pros
- The vision and potential for the products they are building is exciting and genuinely makes a difference in people lives - There are some really engaged, intelligent people that work there and want to get the job done
Cons
- The Engaged, intelligent people are placed on the side-bench while their decisions and work choices are made for them by an unnecessary and entirely useless management layer who are more interested in career politics and finding the next person to throw under the bus to take the spotlight away from themselves. - They have let so many good people walk out the door and have never replaced the leaders at the top of those functions who are cause of the mass exodus in the company. - Honesty is not something that this company values, every message from leadership is carefully crafted ensuring suppression of the truth or omission of important facts to sell a message they want people to hear - Culture is horrific, the majority of people are disengaged and checked out. - People who have attempted to fix or highlight the problems end up leaving the company though resignation or PIPs - Fear is a major player here, don't rock the boat, know your place. - Stock price plummeted by 90% during my time there, yet all of leadership remained in place, no changes were made. I've never witnessed this at any other publicly traded company - Leaving parties are expensive when there are a few a week
