      Pros

      Great Salary. Good days out. Great healthcare and wellbeing. Monthly raffle prizes with major cash prizes.

      Cons

      New CEO restructured the business and lost some good people. Culture was great but restructure has hurt the business for the next couple years. Lost it's social atmosphere in lockdown.

      Friendly people, decent atmosphere, breakfast everyday.

      Cons

      Weak management (Onex Credit), no office culture, low-budget, inefficient systems of operation with no openness to new ideas, sloppy HR functionality, poor communication.
