Nepotism, gossipy and harassing environment, discriminatory and dismissive behavior by employees, managers and HR – transphobia/homophobia, unhealthy conditions in hygiene, broken equipment, inconsistent providing of basic human needs such as water or refrigerator (had to outsource often), weak and toxic management, lack of office culture, negative budget, inefficient systems of operation with no openness to new ideas, HR for display, very poor communication skills.
