Redundant systems and no scope for any linear career path. Specific toxic manager who is totally incompetent and only pretends to work, talking nonsense while being intoxicated during work hours. Outdated platform and incompetent product team. Founders have lost the plot.

Leaving = peace of mind. Some teams barely work but enjoy full perks. If you're in that circle, lucky you.

HR = glorified messenger: No power, no accountability, just plays victim a crybaby. Toxic culture: Sycophants thrive, real workers get ignored. Exit process? Chaotic and slow—basic documents took forever, even after follow-ups. Final Thought: Even a last-minute salary match couldn’t convince me to stay. Peace > Pay.
