The company dosen’t perform well and blames it on its employees. Blame game works here they don’t even help you settle in the company and believes in 360*develpment of its employees which is a hoax they push you to do task that you didn’t sign up for .

The management doesn’t not have the proper vision for the company and they just run behind money they don’t believe in maintaining client retention they just use their employees trainers as puppets calling them from place to place without considerating their convenience they don’t pay you on time neither your Salary forgetreimbursement .Half of the old team was already fired and new team was pushed to unnecessary task if this company comes to you for collaboration don’t be a fool to join them they are sinking ship.

This company is a nice place to work with, very friendly atmosphere, caring management and people connect is more. Exposure to move with kids and children is a enjoyable way.
