      Horrible pay, inflexible work hours/ schedule, work environment, micromanagement, sexual harassment, entitled rich Vancouver kids who’ve weaseled their way into positions, not based on merit or experience, corrupt senior management. List can go on and on

      Sitting and not really doing much, great usage of the amenities, residents

      Cons

      The corporate aspect of the building, and how they lie to residents. Constantly getting in trouble for saying we as employees could do something months prior then switching their minds last minute. There really isnt any growth either, people stay for a few months then quit. Its very draining.
