This is a very good place to start a career in Engineering. The business model is to basically buy the rights to build older, harder to make parts with many issues needing to get resolved, but lots of money to be made when they do. The 9/80 schedule is very nice ( 9 hours a day, but every other Friday off, with your on Friday only being 8 hours). Also, great benefits and good company culture and atmosphere. There are a lot of very nice and helpful people working here.
