In my opinion, the high turnover rate among management and supervisors is the primary reason for the lack of training and stability. There are way too levels of red tape to get anything done. You have to submit several electronic tickets a day with no guarantee that you will get the answer that you require. Many instances there is only one person to reach out to for any given answer, so if they are out or on vacation, your issue will not get addressed. All of the buyers have their own process which means theirs's no consistency. Training is a joke or seriously nonexistent.
