Pros
Ontop definitely encourages team members to do their best at work. The challenges that came along the way were solved with good communication, speed, and great support from different areas. It's the real remote work, you can literally work from anywhere! Team leaders are always willing to talk, teach and work hand in hand. Great work follow-up, which creates a great work environment where you and your team are constantly working together and feel close even though is remote working. I learned a lot in this company, and I hope to come back in the future and keep growing as they have been doing.
