Pros
The people first and foremost are some of the best I have encountered. Not every job is glamorous and like any job there are challenges, but the environment must first and foremost be good. The people here create such a magnetic and energetic environment that it's contagious! There is such a variety of backgrounds and types of people here and most of them are truly a joy to be around. Secondly: the pay for what we do is incredible. I don't know many entry level call center jobs that can let you make 60k if you take the time to get good. You can make a lot more if you grind it out. Third: you are in an environment with a lot of room for growth and quick promotion. If you have a positive attitude and work hard you can get into a new position within a few months. Finally: free food daily. The quality can vary, but it is consistently free. Also you get a pre-paid snack card monthly for free snacks. Also building out a full patio with games, regular happy hours, and great culture.
Cons
CSR job can be repetitive. It is the nature of a position where you read a script that you will end up doing the same thing over and over. If you can handle that reality, you can get paid very well for simple reading. Also if you aren't willing to adhere to the script which, due to the many laws of the industry, is very strict, you may not excel. The job isn't for everyone, but if you can put up with the repetitive nature of the job and frequent changes as we grow you will be compensated very well.
