Pros
If you are capable, they will give you responsibility quickly. The more you give, the more you will get out. You are not part of a treadmill, they really will pull out the stops for you.
Cons
Almost all positions are for students. Once you graduate, they can no longer pay you. They will help you out with great references and contacts but there is no upward mobility internally.
