Pros
Used to work as a contract trainer but they are now getting rid of remote workers and offering jobs on site with an increased workload and about $40 an hour less.
Cons
Don't believe that this organisation is interested in education or student welfare (nevermind the staff). This is business is part of a multinational corporation that is concerned with profit and return to shareholders. There have been 4 restructures in the last 18 months and many management changes. Current management is very poor and lurches from one strategy to another. Do yourself a favour and don't go there.
