Pros

Get time to prepare for Interviews as company too busy on processes.

Cons

Unnecessary process building with aimless training which are completely unproductive and no value addition to the core work process. Local Directors have their personal agendas all aiming at archiving KRA targets without realizing and aligning their objectives with the Organizations's ones, leading to loosing productive hours. As per my previous organizations Senior management targets were visibly in line with process goals but here they are in completely opposite directions. layman can see and tell that this is just to show that local Senior Management has completed their "so called goals" of imparting employee engagement training. If you are planning for Developer position believe me you will have less to learn technology wise and more on endless and unproductive processes some of which have no logical meanings. In today's world with organizations focusing on Six Sigma and being "lean", here we are building layers and layers of inefficient processes. Favoritism, biasness, divide and rule, politics are few understated word which describe the environment that DNA Local Directors have created wasting resources, time, effort and organization money.
