Pros

- Their product and business operations have been developed for 5-6 years with complex workflows (and issues, too). You can learn from what has been built, but not much if you don't extend your career in POD area.

Cons

- Benefits: Salary and flexible working hours only, no culture development, no training activities, no annual health check for employees, there is even no decoration for any holiday. I just go to work like a robot :) - Their working process is truly chaotic. The middle managers don't know the slightest rule to run a team, and they don't know the nature of work of development team as well. Scope of work is always ambiguous, even when you have asked them to clarify for 1000 times. They would try to squeeze as much tasks as they can for you without any specific guidelines (cuz they don't understand, too) - Culture: this is a prime example of a toxic environment. Managers bully their employees to exploit and make them totally get lost. They don't care about your mental sufferings at all. No definition of transparency and respect in this company. They even put pressure on their employees at the end of the year to drive them to resign to avoid sharing incentives --- You can consider to join this company as a sales/marketing staff. But if you're dev/QE/product owner, just stay away.
