The people within the team are great!
Cons
No work life balance and no appreciation from management of how many hours PMs are putting into a days work. Nepotism and favouritism are rife, people will get promotions based on how friendly they are outside of work rather than on their ability to do a job. Removal of benefits for the more junior employees Condescending comments and remarks from senior team Poor communication from management on anything No testing of products or services before use in a live environment No one senior wants to take accountability for anything Poor pay and comp which is not reflective of the hours of work and effort put into the job Company doesn’t have the infrastructure to keep growing, management doing very little to change that
