Pros

1. The company’s toxicity will push you to study late at night, either to switch jobs or prepare for higher studies. 2. If you lack technical knowledge but are good at bootlicking, you’ll fit right in. A person even became SAM Team’s Squad Leader this way by keeping the Tribe Leader happy with cold coffee and shakes. 3. The Engineering Tribe Leader’s technical knowledge is so impressive that even a basic Kafka producer–consumer setup might look like rocket science to him. Miss a deadline? Just drop some fancy tech terms, he’ll nod proudly, having no idea what you just said.

Cons

1. They call you into a GMeet just to tell you to “resign voluntarily,” and within 40 minutes all your access is revoked. 2. During campus hiring, they promise a joining bonus, but when the offer letter comes, it’s missing. After that, it’s entirely their decision if, when, and to whom they will give it. 3. There are no senior developers here, so forget about skill development. If your code runs (sometimes even if it doesn’t), it’s going straight to production. Best practices are just a cute myth, like "work-life balance" or "employee respect." 4. The Tribe Leader is a master of hypocrisy, if you’re late by a few minutes due to heavy rain or leave a bit early, he’ll message you to apply for a full day’s leave. But on Fridays, he quietly logs out in the second half to catch a movie at the theatre.
