Authoritarian, passive aggressive management practices No opportunities for career growth There is only one revenue stream with auto which will be threatened in the near future and no real vision to diversify or expand into other markets Very poor people management practices. If you don't fit the exact mold of how they want you to do things you will quickly fall out of favor.
