Company is trying something brand new that has never been tried before in India. Interesting assignments to operations analysts.

Lot of work to be done, work pressure may be more than expected, specially for software engineers. It's a start-up, so there is always the chance of it failing.

ceo is king and employees are soldiers....Project manager is cunning fellow he dont know how to plan and how to manage.....he only knows agile and waterfall model difference....
