If you are good, interested in growing and in the projects success you will have lots of opportunities to develop your skills further. If you are focused and interested in growing they have a good career progression.

Some projects are old and have older technologies, but you will not work for long on these projects, and there's a constant effort to update those projects, so it's not a big cons. Unfortunately, they don't have projects with cloud technologies like AWS, if you want to work with AWS services that's not a place for you. They can't compete salary wise with big international companies, but for your first years you should focus on learning.
