Pros
Working from home, company always pays on time. HR is kind and always responds to questions and suggestions, even though it can be a bit canned at times, but that is to be expected.
Cons
Used to pay in GBP for UK accounts, then switched to EUR and it wasn't good for any of us. Half of the operators aren't native English speakers, really cause confusion and most of them don't adhere to the manual. The verifiers often don't make sense and verify you on the silliest things. Sometimes it felt like some of them were on a power trip. Shortly before I left, the traffic on the site was really, really bad and it never used to be like that.
