I have had the opportunity to work with OperationIT on multiple levels. I started as a technician. I was hired full time at the organization that I was working at. I moved up to Management and was then able to fill open positions with OperationIT. They thoroughly vet their candidates before sending the resumes of any potential people. Once I selected my new group, the new employees came in hitting the ground running. They were so good, that I had my organization look to hiring them full time. - When you work for them, they match you with a company they feel that you will excel in, the culture will be the right fit for you and the pay is competitive. - When you are the hiring manager, they get the right people to you to assure that what you are trying to do is done the way that you need it to be done with the experience that you would hope to find within a candidate. - I can attest to both as I was on both sides of this statement.
