      Great place to learn new things and implement them. Variety of work. You won't feel monotonous regularity. There are lot of exciting challenges in day to day life. Managers are also very helpful and help you grow and understand things. Your opinions are valued here. Very polite and helpful colleagues. Easily Approachable authorities.

      To be honest. I don't feel any con being here.

      There is nothing good about working here.

      Cons

      Leadership is completely lost. They have no idea how to run a startup, they work their employees in India to death, and they are extremely toxic. Expect consistent out of work hour calls, texts, and gaslighting. Insane turnover for US based employees. Reviews on here are by the low paid workers in India to boost their score. You won’t even find many previous employees on LinkedIn because anyone with a brain will remove this stain from their resume.
