      Great technology is being developed

      The pay is horrible and not just at Opteon. I receive the same pay with 25 yrs of experience as someone with one month of experience. The bonus program is designed for failure. The hourly pay is $17 an hour.

      I enjoy the flexibility that my profession provides, as it allows me to work from home. The leaders are all approachable and friendly. We all seem to be striving for the same goal.
