-Communication with European office in Amsterdam is slow and inefficient

-Not a huge industry market need for Optics11 life products, very niche, and few customers really need it
-Super long sales cycles, deals take more than a year to close on average if they event close at all
-No good CRM called pipedrive. No tools to automate follow-ups or track email metrics.
