Instead, be ready to be humiliated by your "friends" who were hired based on personal connections, not qualifications. It's a toxic, unprofessional environment full of favoritism and backstabbing. 3. Zoom Call Tyranny Don't be fooled-they say the Zoom calls are optional, but that's a blatant lie. They'll hound you if you're not online. Expect to get called out on Slack if you're not immediately available for a Zoom call, and they'll treat you like you're failing at your job if you're not glued to your screen at all times.
