Pros

- Considering that this is my first full-time position out of college, and knowing how low of pay many graduates get right after school, Optimal went above and beyond in this area. Not only have they made sure that I am fairly compensated but the insurance policy and easy growth opportunities are fantastic. - I absolutely love how the company honors my time, making sure that I am working an average of 40 hours a week to avoid burnout. - The work flexibility of working from home and in the office is fantastic, especially when appointments and plans come up. - Everyone is a team player. I honestly cannot think of a single employee who puts themselves above the team's success.

Cons

- Occasionally there have been hiccups in communication. However, whenever this occurs the management has been fantastic, making sure to find ways to avoid making the same mistakes.

Pros

Optimal is the cream of the crop. 9 out of 10 agencies, in my opinion, are not worth hiring. Optimal is 1 out of 10. Everyone on the team is highly proficient at what they do. It's nice to have extremely knowledgeable team members. Moreover, there is a well-maintained work culture that is people-centric. You have an appointment? They'll accomodate. Have to drop your kids off at school every day? You can flex your time. Need to take a vacation? You won't be questioned about your leave. Just take it — reasonable planning and communication are expected. That's not a big deal, though. It's pretty standard. Want to be left to work? You aren't micromanaged. Even better when you're fully remote. The standards are high. But Optimal is the big leagues. It's the right place to level up. The education you get at Optimal is worth more than a master's degree. They have a high-quality pool of clients. There are standards and expectations for their prospects, and they don't take on anyone who doesn't seem like a good fit. Unlike other agencies, Optimal will say no.

Cons

The workload can be intense. Standards are high, but that's to be expected when you're in the big leagues. Compensation may not be as competitive for certain regions of the country.

Pros

Typical of any agency, structured to a T on their approach. Not a lot of creative wiggle room until time to reevaluate the next quarter.

Cons

Very much siloed in the beginning as you are put through their specific training and onboarding.
