Pros
So far my time at OD has been an absolute pleasure. I'm working alongside some of the smartest people I've ever met and feel like my career development has been in overdrive since starting here. Being as small as we are, each team member is critical to our success and everyone has the ability to shape the org. The work is constantly changing which keeps things exciting and fresh. Everyday I feel valued by leadership, trusted to perform well within my role, and supported by my coworkers. I can't imagine being anywhere else right now and would recommend working here to anyone given the opportunity. The benefits package is outstanding and seems to keep getting better and better with time as we mature. We even recently implemented a wellness plan that reimburses gym membership fees to encourage everyone to take care of themselves! A lot of people have had bad experiences or feel weird about companies claiming to have "unlimited PTO" but I have not had any pushback on submitting days off and don't anticipate PTO being a problem unless I'm severely falling behind on my responsibilities. There isn't any micromanagement and as long as the work is getting done well and on time, employees are trusted to manage their workload effectively. I hope to continue growing with the company and plan on sticking around for a long time. It's an honor to be on this ride with such a talented team surrounding me.
Cons
There are no true cons right now, but if you are not a self-starter and require a lot of guidance you may have a difficult time here.
