Pros
The pros, as all reviews will say, are the people. There’s a great team working under friendly leadership but it seems everyone is overworked no matter the position. You will learn a whole lot about who you’re calling and how to call effectively because their employee training program is great.
Cons
The pay is not great, the commission is not great, quotas are almost impossible even to top preforming SDRs, the employee churn is disheartening and leadership ensures from the get go that “we’re here to help you start your sales career here or elsewhere” with a heavy emphasis on the elsewhere implying there is very little chance for long term upward mobility in the company unless you are happy to stay exactly where you are. During my time at the company 2 others were acquired, the name was changed and rebranded to a unified brand then promptly sold to a much larger company with a very different set of values and working culture. A couple of incidents that raised an eyebrow about social issues as well.
