It's a work-from-home job. Seriously, that's it.

Excessive micromanagement. No work-life balance. Little to no appreciation for employees' efforts. Increments are in pennies and do not reflect the work employees put in. If you're sick, it's treated as your problem rather than being met with support or understanding. Getting leave often feels like a battle—you have to justify, argue, and fight for time off that should be granted reasonably. Raising concerns or complaints with management can sometimes create more problems for you instead of leading to a resolution.

Optimite has been such a nice place to work. It’s fully remote, the team is genuinely supportive, and I get to lead and create from whichever corner of my house currently feels aesthetic. The vibe is positive, the work is fun, and the best part is no awkward office small talk. It’s been a great experience.

Planning can be better at times, which makes things a bit last minute.
