Pros
One of the top reasons that I love working at Optimum7, is that for a fast-paced, fully digital and remote environment, work ethic, values, and integrity are not only at the core of all that we do, but are injected into our hiring, our conversations, our leadership, and more. Next, if you're someone that's disciplined, thinks critically and strategically, and genuinely come from a place where you love to see others' succeed, you'll love working here and you'll thrive. Lastly, there's honestly no room for ego or insecurity. I think we all realize that everyone has a part to play and because you're surrounded by some of the most intelligent, successful people in digital marketing and development, you quickly realize that everyone is there to help answer questions and just get better each day. It's a very dynamic team that's constantly looking for ways to improve both internally and with our clients.
Cons
I don't know that I would necessarily call this a "con" of working for Optimum7, but you'll have to bring your "A" game every day. For someone like me, I enjoy pushing my limits and testing what I can do, but for others', it can be overwhelming if not watched carefully. Honestly, the ones who can regulate/communicate well and reach out when they've hit their ceiling, are the ones who will continue to grow at Optimum7. Also, I don't know that I would call this a "con" but the environment that's being created just simply pushes out people who don't work well with others', tend to blame, aren't self aware enough to own their mistakes and issues, etc. There's plenty of room for those who are humble, driven, and make honest mistakes however, if you're someone that tends to need your hand held through projects, initiatives, issues both internally and with clients, etc., respectfully, I don't think this would be the right environment for you.
