Free services such as landline phone TV with all packages and Internet speed up to 400 Mbps free only cost is paying for equipment which ones about $30-$40 per month
Cons
Terrible support system when needing assistance or a supervisor and upper management based in New York is completely rude and all about numbers instead of customer satisfaction and do not in care about employees actually taking calls
