Pros

- OE is a leading innovator in the HVAC/energy efficiency space; High growth potential as new products/services develop; there couldn’t be a more exciting time to be with this company - The most valuable part of my time at OE was the mentorship I received from the senior leadership team; my managers were eager to challenge and help prepare me for the next steps in my career - The people at OE are its greatest strength; incredibly intelligent staff that are passionate about what they do and also just wonderful people to be around. From the after work running club, to potlucks and game nights, this was a place and people I was eager to invest my time in - Well balanced work culture; as diligent and fast paced as it is flexible - Collaborative environment, supported by new open platform office space - Job responsibilities are dynamic

Cons

No cons of note beyond the fact that Optimum Energy is a growing company and still coming into its own.

Pros

The opportunity to be a part of an existing and impactful SaaS product that reduces the carbon footprint, and a company that's expanding into Energy as a Service with a growth trajectory ahead. Ownership over day to day, creating processes and scalability. It's a great group of people and although we are primarily a remote company, we care about maintaining meaningful connection by hosting company gatherings and weekly virtual "huddles" that range in content but keep the entire company engaged and informed.

Cons

Ambiguous at times, requires problem solving and collaborative/growth mindset.

While is it disappointing to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, these insights are valuable as the company continues to invest in our culture and our people. We are currently in a period of rapid growth and evolution as an organization and recognize that navigating such transitions requires clear communication and strong leadership, and we are firmly committed to that standard. To support this, regular leadership updates have been implemented, and we encourage our open door policy for active, transparent dialogue across all levels of the team. All feedback is taken seriously as the organization works to improve the employee experience.
