Pros
The program can be transformational and most of the staff is awesome.
Cons
The CEO is one of the most hostile individuals I have ever worked with. A demeaning, self absorbed and micromanaging "spiritual leader". Does not understand the program at the institute at the level you would expect. He treats his fellow employees as beneath him and not as along side him. He never really hears his staff. He is more interested in blame and punishment.
