1) they use some outdated rediffmail which deletes mail in 30 days, all salary slips and other docs are sent here 2) no insurance for parents 3) if contract ends on 30th Jan, they will send offboarding mail by 1st Jan so that they don't have to pay if you are on bench. (One month notice) . Literally no support when your contract ends and you need to switch clients
