-Senior leadership are terrible, I saw a Principal chew out an analyst in front of everyone and HR did nothing -HR doesn't care about you, don't even bother going to them because once you do, your time is numbered - People who brown nose their way to middle management. Most good staff leave to bigger and better firms - Lifers who have been with Optimus their whole career don't understand that constant poor mental health in the workplace is not normal. They heavily buy into the kool aid (see the other reviews boosting the ratings) - The work is bottom feeding in consulting. You work on small projects that no other firm will work on since its not worth it/low exposure. If you want meaningful work with change, go work for a big firm
