Pros
Option Care has been a great experience for me. I started May 2018 as a contract employee in Collections. There is a lot of opportunity here. In my short time here, I have volunteered and gained experience with multiple projects. Management pushes their employees to not just collect a certain amount, but also push them to become leaders in their area and eventually move up within the company. Pros -Great company culture and perks (flexible start time) -Tons of room for opportunity and growth -Management is genuine, and helps to foster individual growth
Cons
I'll be frank, I struggle with finding cons to my time here at Option Care. My hardest struggles include my long drive time,and IT issues. The IT issues as a whole are minimal. There are not many issues. But, on my first day, my name was put in wrong in the system. (I have a very unique last name). This kept me down for a few days while everything was sorted out.
