      Some great colleagues there that were very collaborative and supportive. Great industry. Largest provider of healthcare for specialty infusion services.

      Cons

      Reactionary and not proactive at times. Progressively less transparent with information over time. Unstable and decreasing support.

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
